Alfa’s new home gas-burning ONE is a real professional oven that allows you to learn from mistakes and will certainly make your neighbors green with envy!

  • The ONE heats up in just 10 minutes and bakes pizza like an authentic Neapolitan commercial oven.
  • Oven size: 73x55x48 cm. Weight: 55 kg.
  • Oven floor size: 50×40 cm.
  • It uses as little energy as two gas rings!

  • The door comes with a peephole for continuously monitoring food cooking even when it’s closed.
  • The cooking chamber is entirely made of reinforced stainless steel.
  • The double layer of ceramic fiber insulation used in commercial ovens contains heat and prevents the external frame from overheating.
  • The four oven floor firebricks are nearly 3 cm (1,2 in) thick to gradually absorb and release heat and to guarantee an impeccable cooking.
  • The “slide in-slide out” pizza peel allows you to make the most of your ONE oven cooking pizzas, bread and calzones.
  • The Alfa patented deflector allows heat to flow out gradually from the flue and makes for superior cooking performance.
  • The mouth of the ONE oven is designed to maximize the heat of the cooking chamber and to better rotate the pizza inside it.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ezluxs.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 
  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Saunas will not be assembled.
